My friends tease me endlessly for no reason which I do not like. But after this process, I have learnt to respect and love myself and also keep control on myself and my anger. I have learnt how to accept myself and the people around me. These sessions have taught me that while situations and conditions will stay the way they are, but if we want to lead a happy and content life, we should change our thought processes. All problems always do not have solutions… and now I know how to handle them. I have discovered my addiction – SADNESS; and by answering questions on it, I am happier with my life. When I was told to think about the worst that happened, I realized that it really isn’t as much as I thought. I had a realization of the fact of how much my parents and friends love me and that I am not as bad a person, as I think myself to be. I have experienced a change of mind, a change of thinking. Purnimaji, just by sharing my problems with you have made me look at life in a better way.
